- Right to require changes in Terms of Service or usage policy be disclosed openly and understandably and not prevent your use of the product if you do not agree to the changes or coerce you into accepting the new terms just to use your product as it was before the changed terms
- Right to trial for consumer/manufacturer disputes (not arbitration)
- Right to ownership (you purchase the product instead of renting/leasing it)
- Right to continued service/operation (no license servers, no DRM servers, no cloud-only service, no diminished service/functionality when consumable supplies are low or out)
- Right to use 3rd party equivalent supplies, services, parts and/or modifications/upgrades/firmware etc.)
- Nullification of DMCA restrictions when the product is out of manufacture and/or support
- Right to use and/or share digital products and content among family/household members
- Right to not have usage/experience be collected, stored and/or transmitted to any party
- Right to cancel any service, subscription or non-contracted, non-tangible product with as much ease as it takes to sign-up/establish at time of sale
- Right to be treated as customers rather than a product or resource (we are NOT the product!)
There are many, many more I could add but this is good for now.
