In case you're wondering, it's amazon basic. Lasted about 3 5 years. I guess I got my $20 worth. I am willing to spend more for quality that last longer. What does the unwashed masses say?

If they have an external power supply, it might be worth checking for a compatible one in your household. In case they work with that, you only need the wall wart.

Any used computer shops near you? My son frequents one for salvaged build parts. Dumbs into quality parts regularly, and they're usually priced cheap.

I think you'll enjoy They'll last past your lifetime. However, they cost a little more than $4/year. And they sound awesome!
