Or have a friend or family that lives in Portugal or nearby in Spain?

I know that the odds of this are pretty slim.

I need a new takedown lever for one of my pistols and for some completely asshole retarded reason this part is only available in Portugal.

If anyone can (and willing to) help me out, please send me a message.

I do not understand why companies do this shit. I had the same problem buying a reciprocating saw from Makita a few years ago. It was only available in Europe. And right now, you can buy a Makita table saw in Australia but not in the United States. It pisses me off.

If that’s the case then why can you just get on any gun broker type aite and buy one?

Don't you think if it was that simple I would have already done that?

As stated in my original post, I run into the same issue with Makita tools occasionally. They have products that are available in Australia or Europe that I cannot get in America and often have to wait years to get it. It's very frustrating.

Another good example is my John Deere tractor. In Europe you can get it with an air ride seat, but not in America, even through a dealer. It's just not available.
