I caught a guy lying on his resume about the school he attended in india. Turns out no such school ever existed. I told my boss and he told one of the co-founders of the company. (At the time we had no formal HR.) And I know my boss told the co-founder.
And what happened?
Nothing.
This was in about 2011. Sadly the company continued to hire poos and eventually the practice actually caused the company to fold. Shitty programming doomed the product.
Once the Indians infiltrate the HR dept, the company is doomed.
Somehow the average American has been led to believe that they are just as, if not better, than Americans at IT and Programming. Anyone who has worked with them know that they do not have the capacity for good problem solving, independent work and quality code. A westerner will just have to go and clean up the shit they write, why not hire a westerner in the first place? (Americans, Canadians, Europeans make the best engineers, scientists and programmers). It’s just the truth, and as much as the libs hate it, it’s empirically proven. We can label it “culture” if that makes the libs feel better.
