While extracting pain, misery, and humiliation from a criminal who has caused unspeakable suffering might bring all of us a certain perverse satisfaction, it does nothing to achieve Justice. Inflicting suffering is not our job, I'm sure Someone else will take care of that after their execution.
Counterpoint. I've never been raped and the death penalty is the kind of justice I'd advocate in favor of with regards to pedophiles. We'll never get a handle on the muslim cultures setting up insulated communities within our own borders. They need to be taught they way things are.
