Apaches, big noses tight lips large cheekbones...

At the same time it could be "plain tribes" or "basin tribes"

...

To embrace the nazi flag, like they do on a familial level, and even more when you aren't from eruopean heritage/white, you have to be particularly politically aware of jews, and also have an objective reason to reject jewry

Also, you have to have a warrior mindset, this flag isn't neutral, not all tribes were "skull bashers", hopis for instance are nothing like the navajos, and navajos were apache related

http://www.dispatchesfromthevanishingworld.com/the-navajo-way/

> The Hopi, whose name for the Navajo means “Skull-Bashers” (while the Navajo call the Hopi “Cliff-Shitters” and “Hopeless”), still live on their four Tibetan mesas in the middle of Dinetah.

They used to live on the same lands roughly, the hopis being persecuted by navajos, the us .gov knew barely anything about ethnicities and their relationships, when they created reservations for both, navajo started again to murder hopis left and right who in turn called for .gov to protect them and as a result navajos got fucked if memory serves

...

Now maybe all this is just indians liking that cross https://www.booksfact.com/images/life_style/Swastika_ThunderBird.jpg

Those are lakotas

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lakota_people

The Lakota (pronounced [laˈkˣota], Lakota language: Lakȟóta) are a Native American tribe. Also known as the Teton Sioux (from Thítȟuŋwaŋ),[7] they are one of the three tribes of the Great Sioux Nation. Their current lands are in North and South Dakota. They speak Lakȟótiyapi—the Lakota language, the westernmost of three closely related languages that belong to the Siouan language family.

Yeah I hesitated with sioux "plains tribe" before going for apaches, chances are they are sioux in the OP
