I understand what you're saying. My biggest problem with this is that people are going to flee from these places and try and start living near me or my state. And import these stupid ideas to my nice comfortable city and state.

I really think we should kick the West coast states out of the Union and New York, Detroit and Chicago, etc. Make it illegal to come to safe places from those. Make them stay there and fix their own problems.
