Gotta admit, this is pretty tame to be considered "harassment", and teaching little girls of any race to dance around like whores is pretty fucking awful on its own. From my armchair I'll give this one a pass, and I demote the parents that allow and/or encourage their daughters to "cheer" to the sans-ethnic category of "pure trash".
