Is anyone there aware that if they have a cell phone on them they are as good as arrested because if time is known alarm - time police arrive they are known at that location since the phone like the person recording is proof that they were in the store at the time it was looted, unless they report it stolen before the police come to arrest them. Common knowledge but not common sense especially if you rob family dollar, unhealthy food and shit for items as in not worth the effort to go there.
