I think this whole situation is designed or at least being used advantageously, to balkanize the American people. For whatever reasons, it would appear blacks are actually shot by police disproportionately less then amount of crime they commit. However, police corruption is still absolutely a thing and cannot be forgotten. Edit: Black men age 16-36
