So perhaps if it gets to a point where that will never be an option for us, no light at the end of the tunnel, we look at each other other and say, "well Wtf are we doing this for?".

I'm pondering if it ever gets to the point where we don't have options like that. Maybe a wealth tax where I can't afford my dreams. Do I say enough is enough?

Oh, I see your point. Yeah, that's certainly possible. Especially if the Dems do well in 2022.
