Murder 1 is what she should get. She’ll probably plead down to some negligent manslaughter charge knowing how fucked the system is.
Actually manslaughter is correct unless she was trying to chase him down. She's just stupid and I don't believe he intent was malicious just a fucked up girl fucked up on booze and she fucked up killing someone.
It might be complicated by the rhetoric she was using prior to the event. If you did a livestream saying 'f antifa' and then you drove off and ran one over, the prosecution would try and make the case it was premeditated.
I do see that point. Also we cannot judge from the internet her heart/motives. We just hope someone of intelligence can decide if she's a liar or a fucked up girl that got into a car after making stupid statements.
