They should go for a mistrial.
delusions, distorted reality, disorganized thinking, poor judgment, irritability, impulsivity, and aggressiveness
So. He was a nigger then?
So. He was a nigger then?
"Turbo nigger"
it's like they are evolving, but backwards...
None of it mattered because none of that was in question.
Arbery was not (unfortunately) committing a felony at the time the McMichaels pursued him, and under GA state law, the crime must be contemporaneous with the pursuit for a citizen's arrest to be valid.
I think there were something like 11 days between the felony Arbery committed and the day that the McMichaels put him in the ground.
Now, I'm glad Arbery is dead, because he was a piece of shit that needed to die, but what the McMichaels needed to do in order to be legally-compliant was to call the police and let them handle it.
They did not, so what they did was technically "vigilantism".
Now, if the McMichaels had not been convicted, we would have set a precedent in Georgia that vigilantism is permissible under certain circumstances. While that would be great if it always worked in our favor, we all know that when some Antifa or BLM faggots or Vax-pushers start chasing us down, we would probably like the law to be on our side against the vigilantes and not on their side.
You guys would know all this if you had bothered to listen to the legal arguments instead of just listening to the echoes in your chamber.
None of it mattered because none of that was in question.
title says 'not heard by jury'
I'm posting it before it gets memory holed, because Schizoaffective Disorder is permanent which means he'd have likely had a run in with the Police at some point, in which case their standards for suspecting someone are lower and trying to disarm a cop automatically gets you shot, no dog and pony show required.
This is another case where trials only follow the law, they don't actually produce the best outcome for society
I'm sorry, but his mental health or criminal history have nothing to do with the law in Georgia regarding citizen's arrest. It doesn't matter what he might have likely done in the future - we don't get to arrest people for future-crimes. This isn't Minority Report.
The cops could have dealt with Arbery, but the McMichaels could not, and did not legally, do so.
This was a better outcome becomes it criminalizes vigilantism. I explained this in the comment to which you replied.

I never said it did, once again I'm posting background information about Arbery for reference.
So when the niggers all start up with their "he wuz a gud boi, dindu nuffin wrong", Poal can prove he was actually a psycho and his mental state led directly to him getting goodified.
So in your neighborhood is a violent animal nigger running around acting crazy jogging in boots he stole and their are children in this neighborhood? You supposed to let this wild nigger animal just go about his business? No those men did nothing wrong they maybe saved more lives then we can know. Probably stopped a rape or two as well.
I don't give a fuck what Georgia's bullshit law says they did nothing wrong he escalated the situation by trying to take the gun and throwing a punch. It is insane these men are destroyed because or a useless criminal niggers actions.
I didn't argue about what was right or wrong. I didn't make an argument at all, in fact. I just stated what the law in Georgia is.
I said I was glad Arbery was dead. I don't personally think the McMichaels did anything wrong, but the law does make sense in that it prevents vigilantism. If you don't want violent Antifa faggots getting off for committing vigilantism against good people, then you should support this verdict.
But they are getting off and whites are getting fucked by the jewdicial system.
