Has the crypto world learned nothing from mtgox? Your crypto is vulnerable when it's on an exchange. Period. But even still, blocking wallet addresses is stupid because anyone can generate an unlimited amount of new addresses for free. Or you can make an entirely new wallet and transfer everything to that. Blocking users from accessing their accounts is a big deal though.
