It's what they want so they can call in the Military.....they have already tried playing that card and it should be obvious for the people to see it. Perhaps it's a scare tactic?
If only the courts weren't stacked. Sounds like a Common Law Court is the way.

Canadian troops have never overthrown the government.
They don't want to risk spoiling that perfect record now.
Not that there's all that many available troops these days.
