This is quite the opposite of an antifa tactic. I'm saying the community should go about their business but make a clear statement when he approaches that he is not wanted. Keep their distance from him. Refuse to do business with him.
He exposed himself as a high risk threat to the community. I do not have faith that the police review process is free from corruption or else it would have removed him from service long ago.
