Someone just called my wife while we were driving and she (the caller) was playing some video from Instagram covering the pakis protesting a new law in Montreal that makes it a $1,000 fine to stink in public. You can't make this up. The comments that the caller was reading out were hilarious. Anyhow, I don't have Instagram and am about to sit down for dinner, so I won't have time to search until later, so if anyone finds it, please post it here.

How can someone check if his cat is muslim?

Cats clean themselves all the time, so we know they're at least not pakis. Cats also kill everything that they can, so probably Muslim.
