It's not even an issue of capitalism. It's cultural. You're comparing spics to Asians. Race matters. White people can make just about anything work. The Nordic peoples were mostly making socialism work until they started debasing their culture. Bottom line: societies need a certain level of honesty and trust to succeed. Where that doesn't exist nothing works, and where it does most anything works.
