Unfettered capitalism is what lands you in a Corporate Dystopia (which is about where we are, now). This is what the Founding Fathers had in mind: a healthy free enterprise system that is checked against no-nonsense regulatory powers. Why? Because they fucked up the Articles of Confederation and realized the government needs to regulate commerce and ensure actual free enterprise is happening or else big companies swoop in and try to pretend to be the new government. Hence the Disney bullshit in Florida. Absolutely no reason a single company should have had that much leverage or power over the government.
