I don’t know that I understand what he’s saying; search results won’t yield “dissident” content ?

Never understood why some startup doesn't have a search engine that functioned like Google did between the years 2002 and 2011. Back when their engine results included every obscure corner of the internet. Now they just give you their 50 preferred sites results even if they little to do with what you were looking for.
