Sadly, they don’t understand poor impulse control and a propensity for violence. Yes they litter, it’s because they lack the ability for thought beyond the now. Being a race realist means not being a delusional idiot and believing progressive fairy tales about equality.
Other than the fact they drive off with the bag, there is no indication that car is the source of the bag. The cyclist could have just got himself knocked out and ran over for placing trash on a random car.
Aside from rhe occupant of the car and the placement of the bag.
He made a reasonable guess about the quality ot the passengers character...he just didnt follow it through it through to guess what would happen after he returned their trash.
It's a little far back to be dropped from the passenger and stay upright.
