If I was a negro, which I'm not, but if I was, I would probably try to find a few hundred exceptionally intelligent negros, move the fuck away from the other negros, and start a parallel society. There's no hope when the average IQ is in that 70-85 range and there's so much lack of impulse control. It's like trying to push water uphill. There's nothing that can be done. When the majority of your community isn't compatible with modern society, you need to make a new community of people that are better. The 70-85's need to live in small villages with a tribal strongman to "beat 'they ass" when they get out of line. That's about the only thing that will work for them. Running around our cities unsupervised and armed isn't going to work.
