The entire climate modification scheme is bordering on crime against humanity when you think about it, because maybe few exceptions aside, most of the time it's done at the expense of another location/population... You sort of steal their rain water... And that's without mentioning "cloud seeding" malevolence, like you do it on purpose to provoke droughts after droughts
Yeah i can't help like when i hear of news like "unprecedented flood" to think if it was made from cloud seeding. I have been thinking to check if one can see a correlation with droughts and floods in different places because it feels like i have been seeing a pattern. This could be a reason to why we have had weird forest fires if they have literally stolen the rain from the area and made it artificially dry.
