The remainder is from the mid-1950s of the processes used in quantifying pollutants, early analysis of smog, I found it interesting as proof of how far the clean air extremist/global warming cult has pushed standards over 70 years. The video explains how an inversion layer over LA is the primary cause of smoggy days there. The inversion layer effects in LA were noticed 400 years ago.
