As long as the system as basic coal filters to filter out the bacteria and other heavy shit I wouldn't have a problem with that. Now if I owned a building and did that on purpose to save ME money I'd have the WEF raiding my house at 4AM because I was "stealing public resources" or some shit. If that is posted on a building owned by the govt, 99% sure it's a lie.
