It's concrete dust, so it contains silica. Silica causes lung cancer if inhaled. In fact, there have been some recent (2018) OSHA rule changes to further reduce the amount of silica dust a worker can be exposed to. That's why most concrete drills now have optional vacuums attached to them. These "environmentalists" are literally poisoning the environment.
