The awakening normies that voted for each of these rino puppets. If someones senator and repesentatives repeatedly vote against the popular opinion for that area, about things the voter has an opinion, the voter starts to take notice and not vote for them again. Sunlight on these rinos before the election. Particularly in the House, they are all up for reelection.

There is a point that they can't manufacture enough votes to win, even with it rigged 100 ways. The only way to virtually guarantee a fair election is with paper ballots, voter ID and vote/count in one day all with supervision.
