Depends on the individual. Some kids are fine to get married and have children at 18. Others are fucked up. The environment jews created for them s the reason so many are fucked up. If we raised them without screens, chemicals, and shitskin influences, and with healthy food, exercise, and a real education, they would be 100x better off earlier.
