The ex used to pack me the most elaborate lunches for my old job. It was soooo sweet of her, I never asked, she just did it. Unfortunately the job was always very physical and there was no lunch break to eat food like that. All I really wanted was nuts and jerky and string cheese, small snacks you could eat on the road easily. But the thought behind it was very nice.
