Alexis Juarez-Mendez, 25, received numerous charges after running from officers and causing mayhem on U.S. Highway 40 on the evening of Sept. 27.

Why do these fucking morons think they can run in the rural areas? There is fuck-all for them to get away on and they WILL be tracked down.
