I was arrested for refusing to provide my DL and proof of insurance. I refused because I was not engaged in transportation at the time and that would be evidence of being engaged in transportation. I was pulled over for not having a current registration. I didn't have registration because I don't engage in transportation.
Being arrested doesn't make them right and you wrong. There would be alot of push back against this movement, cause it would put an end to all this bullshit.
United non-compliance is what it would take. To be honest i don't see it happening, and i'm sure they would just kill us all for trying. I don't see any other solution's on the table. Something needs to change...for the future of our children.
Oh they were wrong, no doubt.
It was a very interesting legal expedition. Learned much. Mostly that the courts are corrupt as all hell. In Texas, the courts gets to keep about half of the fines that the court imposes.
Money for a guilty verdict, what a nice way to motive criminals. Conflict of interest?
