Oh yeah. Sovereign citizen. I was called that when I got arrested. Never once used the term, myself. It was just an excuse for the cops to make things difficult for me. The hard part, though, is those who use the term to label themselves, then do things completely inconsistent with the idea. Which, admittedly, is a bot of a contradiction in terms.
