It's not self-explanatory. I know the major drawcard of sites like voat is intellectual laziness - knowing that you are among peers who hold the same opinions as you, so everyone agrees automatically and nobody has to think.
If you can't be bothered that's fine. Do try to be honest with yourself, and keep that Dunning-Kruger effect under control.
