Being honest, I think your random slogans are also of poor quality compared to Phuks. What I want personally is a website where all manner of ideologies hang out and chat with (or argue with or insult) each other. Perhaps Phuks still comes closest to that for me despite being weaker on free speech. If I had my wish, I would forceably merge Phuks, Poal and raddle.me in a strictly free-speech forum: guaranteed to be entertaining regardless of its "image" and the resulting site activity would make it a real contender.
