The stuff I post is reporting of scientific facts... for me the truth is important whether or not we can do anything about it in the end. I am pessimistic but cannot tell the future, perhaps we'll somehow manage some sort of collective response...
The heat death of universe is quite a long way off - climate change is having real effects now, and will have much larger effects on our children. Of course the planet will merrily rebound in a few million years, so that's nice.
Alright. Just wondering. Most people who are concerned with climate change want some kind of action to be taken, like a credit program for carbon emissions (in our country), but fail to take into account the consequences and ineffectiveness of such an action.
At least you're not one of those paper straw people.
