Conservatives aren't stupid. Everyone is aware that the greenhouse effect is a real thing, just by getting in their cars on a hot summer day. The lies that *coastlines were going to be flooded out by 2012* was some amazing bullshit put forth by people trying to control the world. People in general, obviously, don't want bad shit to happen, even if it won't happen for hundreds of years. We're caring creatures and have already addressed the concerns, real or imagined. Solar and wind power generation are taking over a large part of US power generation. Coal, which is dirty and genuinely sucks as a power source, is being (or has been) replaced by clean gas, which will eventually be replaced itself. The hockey stick nonsense was simply accepted as fact without any libtards checking on the accuracy of it. Even if there is another small increase in the world's average temperature, we'll be just fine. Fuck all the stupid panicking anyway. I'm so tired of Al Gore-ish level of dumb-think.
