Because you help and those dumbass niggers will be on you too in a heartbeat. They are in riot mode and have the temperament of a wild dog pack when shit like this happens. You either are in with the pack or are a victim of the pack. I say just shoot anyone that is vandalizing or stealing and it'll stop quickly once a dozen or so are shot dead in the street.
