You have my best wishes. It messed me up with a few injuring and my father far more than that. I just know you know you worked when you're in the construction field and not some easy job where working in 90 degrees or -40 is a thing that happens so get outside or find a new job is the answer from the boss when you complain how your fingers and toes feel like knives are cutting them constantly and your dry but your water is 100 yards away and no time to get a drink.

That rant tells me you know what you're talking about!

My back is sore right now and my first back injury was on construction doing exactly what the boss wanted as fast as possible like most of my injuries, you work as hard as you can and if you get hurt you lose pay and the insurance companies always try not to pay ever.

I have to admit I worked for a great company. They took care of all of us very well.
