Edison had a system to cast whole houses out of concrete, spent a lot on it too.
It failed.
Now you have so many building codes that you have to jump through to build anything out of the ordinary that you won't be seeing lots of 3d printed houses anytime soon. As for the siding you just stucco the house inside and out.

You'd need to sheetrock on a lumber frame for the inside to be able to run wire plumbing and hang shit on the walls probably. Stucco would be a bad inside choice. Would be fine for outside.
