Ok I immediately have engineering and structural questions that determine the quality of this building.
I think they are just modified shipping containers. So, they should be able to stack like that no problem. They do it on ships every time they cross the ocean. This one just stays on the ground.
So, structure shouldn't be too much of an issue. But, I'm pretty sure the quality sucks. In a couple of years, wait for pieces to start falling off the sides.
Like what? I'm curious
For starters, the engineering. How is it being held together? Welding takes time, girders take time, building walls and framing takes time. The structural integrity is completely not passing regular standards in 28 hours if it's a 10 story building.
A properly constructed 10 story building needs electric, plumbing, walls, roofing, floors and HVAC as well. My guess is in 28 hours they laid down walls and scaffolding at best. Even that is a huge accomplishment if true.
