For starters, the engineering. How is it being held together? Welding takes time, girders take time, building walls and framing takes time. The structural integrity is completely not passing regular standards in 28 hours if it's a 10 story building.

A properly constructed 10 story building needs electric, plumbing, walls, roofing, floors and HVAC as well. My guess is in 28 hours they laid down walls and scaffolding at best. Even that is a huge accomplishment if true.
