They have composite hardwood floors that sit on top of foam vapor barrier. Their house sits on the bottom of a slight hill and when it rains the water flows under the house. The vapor barrier does its job, the ground stays wet, and the heat in Texas all adds up to 1000℅ humidity and mold that you could weave a blanket with. Scary

Nah we are just ripping out all the floors and replacing everything. The house is around 100years old and in a bad spot, but the guy grew up in it and wants to save it.
