Nurses go on about 'being heroes because blah blah' nigga i did multiple classes a day with different students from day 1, then got fired because my asshole boss signed an open societies contract then tried to force me to get jabbed. I was never fired. I lost my home and am now living with friends and may be moving interstate with them in the next couple of months if shit doesnt change. I was told yesterday a recruitment mob 'would not interview me' on medical basis. The fucking idiots rang me back today in response to the same application, and told me again, they would not interview me. This time they got an earful and tried to claim 'no no i think you have the wrong person, thats not our policy we are 'your body your right' and were told no, you fuckwit, YOUR staff member (name, phone number) specifically told me you wont interview me, you are hiring and firing for the company that makes YOU liable no matter what the client says, either you interview someone who is a match for the job as per the law, or you dont, if its your client giving you the illegal instruction, then you need to inform them of workplace laws or you drop them. Either way, ill have your refusal to interview in writing, your exemption from the equality act, and youll hear from me. Not sending that would appear to be EVASIVE. Either you have the legal backing, in which case, put it in writing, or you dont.
