The Israeli Jews have nearly gotten rid of Tay-Sachs disease by genetically testing couple before marriage.

The Saudis do testing too because they are so inbred.

If the problem becomes widely known enough that people lie then we can start doing testing on couples too.

Counterpoints (pro-vaccine, etc.) are fine, but you're probably going to be ripped, so make sure your facts are in order.
