But they did the opposite, they targeted the people who didn’t leave their houses because they figured they were scared while the rest lived their lives.

I leave my phone at home often, they don’t need to follow me everyday.

But from the article I don’t understand how the targeted ads worked. Did they frighten them so much they stayed home and didn’t vote? I can’t see republicans voting for Joe.
