They absolutely hate it. They have been brainwashed with the belief that they are better than the unvaxed. Hearing the purebloods be proud of thier status really destroys that illusion.

Just being alive and healthy challenges the narrative of "vax or die" that they have been sold. Then they realize that they have been duped and get angry at you for making it apparent.
