Wow, that's a load of shit projects. The only thing that looks like it would work is the one square antenna, but most modern phones don't have antenna jacks to make such a connection.
The active amplifiers shown probably won't work because the transistors they're using aren't even rated for GSM frequencies, let alone GHz frequencies that modern bands are using. Winding coils by hand is a thing, but just wrapping them around random screwdriver is as effective as trying to hoist an elephant out of a septic tank with nothing but a smile.
