The entirety of the world's government can't defeat a few hundred of the same autism posters on the fucking internet. No. They can't create a virus that's only slightly deadly. There's no doubt they could create something that's world ending. Do you truly trust that humans are smart enough to be able to control a specific organism so finely that they can manufacture and dictate it's level of deadliness?
