Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the nasal passage and pharynx) severe enough to cause death in an otherwise healthy 5 year old would be basically unheard of. Perhaps anaphylaxis misdiagnosed as nasopharyngitis, or the jab triggered her immune response into self destruct mode.
They are going to keep trying to use obfuscated causes of death to hide the jab damage.
