It's caused by the mRNA causing your cells to produce spike proteins which cause clotting and all sorts of other shit. The lipid nanoparticles that hold the mRNA travel all over the body and modify your cells to create spike protein, which causes your immune system to attack these cells. That's why there are so many heart attacks and other random injuries happening. The vaccine causes two big problems, 1) the spike protein itself is a bioweapon which causes blood clots and all sorts of other shit, and 2) the mRNA modifying your cells to produce it causes your body to attack the cells that are spewing out spike protein because they were infected with the mRNA. The "cures" you listed are mostly bullshit. Ivermectin does help, because it binds up the spike protein. There are a number of other things that help, like blackseed oil, NAC, and a few other things.
